About the founder
Hello, I’m Prachi.
A woman with PCOS who found a different path.
QuietBodyHealing was not built from a textbook. It was built from the experience of being told, for years, that the answer to PCOS was simply to lose weight.
The shift came with a question — what if this isn’t just a body problem? What if the exhaustion, the unchanging weight, the irregular cycles were the body trying to communicate what hadn’t been processed?
That question led to a different kind of healing — one that worked with the whole person. Yoga and meditation to restore safety in the body. Nourishment that felt like care. Art therapy to reach what words alone could not. And honest, unhurried conversations that finally connected the emotional story to the physical one.
